Return Policy
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before attempting to return any merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. RA#s have a validity period of 30 days
from the date of issue. We will not be obligated to accept any returns
of product submitted more than 60 days after shipment to customer,
excluding returns of defective product.
Certain Manufacturers
insist on defective/damaged merchandise being returned directly to
them, so you need to check with us first. If the product is received damaged you must call within 24 hours to enable us to contact the shipper and/or the manufacturer to ask how they want to handle the return of the damaged item.
Restocking Fees
Non-defective merchandise returned for any reason, other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original condition (with all the original packaging, packing list, brochures, etc.) and within 30 days of shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.
